Additionally, we offer loans to individuals engaged in economic activities, such as agricultural producers
2. What is the loan term at MK KREDIT?
The repayment period depends on the purpose of the loan. MK KREDIT offers financing for up to 84 months (7 years) for investment loans.
3. What is the maximum loan amount offered by MK KREDIT?
The maximum loan amount provided by MK KREDIT is 750,000 RON.
4. What are the possible uses of a loan from MK KREDIT?

MK KREDIT offers loans to businesses from any industry, with the exception of those listed in the exclusion criteria. Therefore, we can finance any business activity that complies with the laws of Romania.
6. What repayment terms will I have if I take a loan from MK KREDIT?
MK KREDIT offers flexible repayment options tailored to the nature of your business. You can choose between a classic monthly payment plan or a seasonal one.
For instance, if your business has irregular cash flow, we can provide a flexible repayment schedule, allowing you to pay based on the seasonality of your business. This type of repayment plan is particularly convenient for farmers and agricultural businesses whose operations are season-dependent.
7. What documents are required to access a loan from MK KREDIT?
A few documents are required to complete a loan application. The necessary documents depend on the type of business, as outlined below:
For agricultural producers: – Copy of the identity card of the applicant and spouse (if applicable); – ROL certificate from the local council; – APIA statement; – Other documents needed for analysis (depending on the situation).
For P.F.A., I.I., and I.F. (sole proprietorships, individual enterprises, family businesses), the required documents are: – Copy of the identity card of the applicant/members and spouse (if applicable); – Registration resolution; – Legal documents for the sole proprietorship; – Any other documents necessary for analysis (depending on the situation).
For S.R.L. and S.A. (limited liability companies and joint-stock companies), the following documents are required: – Copy of the identity card of the administrator/shareholders and spouse (if applicable); – The first constitutive act, along with the resolution; – Legal documents for the company; – Any other documents necessary for analysis.
8. What do I need to provide as collateral for a loan from MK KREDIT?
MK KREDIT offers loans with flexible collateral, depending on each individual case. After analyzing the loan application, the required type of collateral is determined. Generally, the collateral requested by MK KREDIT varies depending on the loan amount, the financing period, the business analysis, and the credit history.
In general, loans of up to 125,000 RON can be approved without requiring collateral for movable or immovable property, provided certain conditions are met.
9. Do I need an advance payment for an investment loan at MK KREDIT?
At MK KREDIT, no advance payment is required, unlike with some banks. MK KREDIT can fully finance the investment covered by the loan.
