The Mikro Kapital team is growing every day! This year, we’ve opened two new branches, one in Bacău and another in Pitești. To celebrate our achievements from the first half of the year and to get to know our new colleagues, we organized a team-building trip to the mountains.
Mikro Kapital IFN has been active on the Romanian market for 3 years and has a professional team of 43 employees. One of the company’s core values is building friendly relationships with both clients and employees. That’s why we meet with all our colleagues twice a year.
This summer, we chose the mountains to relax and were lucky with the weather! During the team-building event, we enjoyed both fun activities and several training sessions, all of which were crucial for strengthening team spirit and professional development.
